STRYVE Refund & Returns Policy
At STRYVE, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.
Returns
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging including the carry case
- To initiate a return, email us at support@shopstryve.co.za with your order number and reason for return
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
- We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
