STRYVE Refund & Returns Policy

At STRYVE, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

Returns

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging including the carry case
  • To initiate a return, email us at support@shopstryve.co.za with your order number and reason for return

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you via email
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

  • We offer free exchanges for defective or damaged items
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or with a discount code
  • Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer
